can a winch be wired to a the + and – ternimal of a 7 pin pug to that it can draw power from the socket at the back of a car/ tractor to operate the winch
No because the wiring is not large enough to handle the amp draw of a winch.
You need 4 gauge or 6 gauge for most winches on power and ground.
